Ingredients
  

  • 1 qt Milk
  • 1 c Farina
  • 1 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 lb Ricotta Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs and cheese together.
  • Bring milk, sugar, butter and vanilla to boil.
  • Add Farina gradually and stir well.
  • Take off heat, add the egg and cheese mixture. Stir well.
  • Pour mixture at 13x9x2 baking pan and bake for 35mins at 350 F.
  • Cool and cut in squares. Enjoy!
