My Ginger & Lemon Tea Recipe

  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger Root (peel skin first)
  • 1/4 Lemon Thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup Boiled Water
  • Honey or Maple Syrup optional


  • Pour boiling water in a cup.
  • Add thinly sliced ginger and lemon.
  • Steep for 10 minutes then strain. (Optional: You can add 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup) I drink this warm
