Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 C Rice
  • 1 C Water
  • 4 C Milk
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 C WhiteRaisins Optional
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice in boiling water for eight minutes.
  • Stir, then add butter and milk. Cook for one hour stirring occasionally.
  • Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla, and raisins.
  • Remove from heat and slowly add egg mixture. Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
