HELLO 52!

My 52nd Birthday is on June 19. If you know me, you would know how much I love celebrating my birthdays! I love celebrating LIFE! I feel that reaching your birthday every single year is a blessing ?? you have no idea how long you are going to be in this world. Birthdays make you realize that your life and the people in your life are gifts!

As the years go on, I am more aware of how short and precious time is. Life is truly short. My 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s are done. I can’t go back. I can only use what I’ve learned over the years to make me a better person. A wiser person. I intend to live my life in the present! I intend to live my life to get to know God a little better and love him a little more.

To be a blessing to others. To continue to reinvent myself and channel my creativity in ways that I can express- how I have evolved and progressed as a human being.

I may not exactly be where I want to be in my life… but I sure am so grateful that I am not where I used to be!

God has given me such a wonderful, loving husband and 4 amazing and loving sons❤️

This is what I live for!

So every year on my birthday, I am thankful for another chance.

The idea in my head is to never stop surprising myself. Like my mother would tell me—- learn to amuse yourself…. let worry – worry itself! Because it’s not worth a wrinkle on your forehead lol ???

For me, the beauty of aging is that – I’ve learned how to say “NO”. I’ve learned not to waste time and energy on the wrong things that don’t make me happy. I’ve also learned how to control the narratives inside my head. The stories that my mind creates that clutters my thinking ?— this is deep! One can only learn if you are aware and in tune with yourself??
